This workshop is part of the research semester programme “Bridging Numerical Analysis and Scientific Machine Learning: Advances and Applications.”

The event brings together academic researchers and industrial professionals to explore current challenges and opportunities at the intersection of numerical analysis, scientific machine learning, and real-world industrial applications.

Over three days, the programme features plenary talks, contributed presentations, a poster session, and a dedicated Industry Day with contributions from companies such as Fraunhofer IISB, Deltares, and ASML.

The format is highly interactive: in addition to inspiring talks, participants will engage in breakout sessions to discuss and develop practical solution strategies for industrial problems.

We invite researchers, engineers, data scientists, and other professionals interested in translating numerical mathematics and scientific machine learning methods into industrial practice.
