On Wednesday, 7 October 2026, the Dutch AI ecosystem will once again organise the AI Startup-Investor Matchmaking Event, at Lab 44 on Hembrugterrein in the Amsterdam Area. We will bring together promising AI startups and investors from the Netherlands and surrounding countries.

Who should attend?

This event is for AI startups and spin-offs developing novel AI technologies and seeking (pre-)seed, Series A, or corporate investment, as well as investors and corporate investment representatives looking to connect with the next generation of AI innovators. This event is not for startups that apply readily available AI without further innovation and/or development.

What can you expect?

For startups whose participation is confirmed, the planned programme includes:

• One to five curated 20-minute matchmaking sessions with selected investors, tailored to the startup’s profile and objectives
• Dedicated space between meetings for working or holding one-to-one discussions

Around 15 to 20 investors will take part, including European partners. Representatives from Digital Holland, Breaking Barriers, LLM-BRIDGE, TTT-AI, the regional AI hubs, and ROM Nederland will also be available to discuss funding opportunities and support with scaling.

You can also attend inspiring presentations on AI business cases and on regional, national, and EU support programmes for young AI companies, such as Breaking Barriers by AIC4NL, the TTT-AI programme supporting academic entrepreneurship, and LLM-BRIDGE, a pan-European accelerator for GenAI and LLM startups.
