Image-guided therapy

Image-guided therapy

Thanks to faster and clearer medical imaging techniques, surgeries and radiation treatments are becoming increasingly accurate. We can now produce very precise three-dimensional images of the patient's anatomy. This gives us a much better picture of a tumor’s location, size, composition, and environment. The Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) is leading the way in developing and applying these techniques.
An initiative of NKI.
